Managing school meal subscriptions previously involved chaotic manual WhatsApp orders, cash collection errors, and zero real-time visibility into student dietary allergens or kitchen dispatch schedules.
02. Research & Process
Conducted extensive user interviews with 40+ parents and school administrators to design a friction-free parent ordering portal and an intelligent real-time operations dashboard for kitchen managers.
03. The Solution & Impact
Designed a unified dual-sided web application featuring flexible weekly/monthly subscription cycles, automated dietary tag filters, school-wise delivery route optimization, and parent WhatsApp dispatch notifications.
